Position Summary
Walmart Commerce Technologies is recruiting for a success-driven enterprise Account Manager (AM) who can collaborate with our amazing customers as they grow their online business. The AM will manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts and create strategic account plans to ensure our customer's success.

What You'll Do
- Bringing Passion to delight your clients and build their confidence in us
- Partnering with our product, operations, engineering and 3rd party providers to overcome challenges and deliver superior results to our clients.
- Finding opportunities to improve a clients success leveraging our solutions
- Communicating clearly and frequently with key stakeholders to update the teams and highlight risks that could impact timing, costs or performance.
- Building rapport and strong customer relationships from the executive level down
- Being the single point of contact for the customer for all requests, escalations, and commercial discussions
- Working closely with the WCT product, support and leadership teams to ensure the customer has everything they need to be successful
- Being a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business initiatives to effectively address their challenges and goals
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management for SaaS companies
- Experience consistently hitting a minimum of a million dollars in quotas
- A disciplined approach regarding the use of CRM database (SFDC)
- Solution-oriented; Experience in identifying suitable solutions based on unique customer challenges
- Experience in a team-based selling environment
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in working with retail technology customers is preferred
- Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
