Corporate and Commercial Litigation Associate

The corporate and commercial litigation practice of a mid-size downtown Miami law firm a lawyer with preferably 2-5 years of experience.  You will assist the corporate and commercial litigation group in all facets of its practice including reviewing and drafting contracts; strategy development; legal research and writing; corporate compliance; discovery; attending hearings and drafting motions.  You will have significant direct client interaction and extensive collaboration within the group and staff and delegation of tasks to support personnel.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney. you will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling construction defect, premises and product liability and other civil litigation law matters.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • JD and Florida Bar member (additional bar admissions are appreciated)
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred (recent graduates will be considered)
  • Attention to detail
