Director Talent Acquisition

Our client is an international retail company. They are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Director (this is an on-site, internal recruiting position). Here's a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom.

**You must be local, and be willing to be on-site 5x a week**

Director Talent Acquisition:

• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must have experience with all facets of full-cycle recruiting, setting best practices/KPIs, identifying recruitment partners in various regions, reviewing vendor contracts, and streamlining the hiring process across all verticals
• Must have experience recruiting for a variety of positions/industries across all levels
• Will help establish recruiting/hiring procedures, needs assessments, strategy, and working to create a unified recruitment approach across all operating units
• Must have experience using an ATS/CRM, and be extremely systems savvy
• Will have a high level of visibility within executive management and make an immediate impact
• Salary is likely $140k-$160k on the base + bonus, benefits and PTO

This position will be a key member of the team day 1, and will be working with the executive leadership to implement the vision/strategy of the company. This is a fun and fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to make an immediate impact.
