Position Overview: Our client, a leading O&P facility dedicated to improving patients’ lives through clinical excellence and compassionate care, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) or Board Eligible Practitioner to join their dynamic team in Beverly, MA. Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their specific prosthetic and orthotic needs, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and individual requirements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather relevant medical information.
  • Design and Fabrication: Design and fabricate customized prosthetic and orthotic devices tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy and functional goals.
  • Patient Fitting: Precisely fit prosthetic and orthotic devices to patients, ensuring comfort, functionality, and alignment. Make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the proper use, maintenance, and care of their prosthetic and orthotic devices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in prosthetic and orthotic assessment, design, and fabrication.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of individuals through prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
