POSITION SUMMARY

As a FinTech Product Entrepreneur in Residence for FinTech Products at EarnIn, you'll help bring our mission to life - reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for scaling our various products as well as building the next set of product innovations and features to drive the growth of our business. You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, constantly discover new insights, and drive forward on execution.

The team is looking for someone with strong 0-1 product development in the fintech space who is naturally curious, able to dive deep, and passionate about marketing incredible products. They are specifically looking for experience in the debt, investment banking, mutual loan or credit rating spaces. Experience in at least one of those fields is a must. This is a great role for someone looking to move into or expand their experience, in product space in startups with a passion for customer-focused financial products.

This is Palo Alto-based and will require hybrid work from our headquarters with at least two days in the office per week. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,500 - $225,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop the product vision, roadmap, and key proof points for fintech related products
  • Be creative while working with a small cross-functional team to bring the vision to life
  • Work to scale the product and make it sustainable
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders including the executive team
  • Find unique solutions to problems and create consensus to get new work completed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 0-1 experience in the product space specifically related to fintech products
  • 1+ years of experience working in a space focused on debt, investment banking, mutual loan or credit rating spaces
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to easily operate cross-functionally
  • Comfortability speaking directly with customers, driving product design, working with engineers, making marketing plans and managing revenue and costs
  • Confidence in creating rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration
  • Ability to influence and build alignment across the team, including at the executive leadership level, to successfully deliver against goals
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve hard problems with creative and radical ideas
