As a leading company in the field of information technology, we are dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Responsibilities:Analyze complex business problems and determine the most effective systems solutions within Workday's Human Capital Management systemDesign, develop, and test software applications and improvements related to HCM business structure hierarchies, supervisory organizations, job profiles, and business processes, talent, performance managementPrepare written documentation - both functional and technical - for a wide variety of system analysis, specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and testing and training documentationCollaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement and maintain systemsProvide technical expertise and support to end-usersSolve helpdesk cases and provide answers/ solutions for the implemented HR functions of personnel administration, organization management, compensation management, and manager self-service (MSS)/employee self-service (ESS) and interfaces (inbound/ outbound)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst with Human Capital Management (HCM) system(s)In-depth IT experience in support of human resource processes such as employee data management, organizational structure managementCommunicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of Workday HCM system and its Performance Management capabilities is preferred, but candidates with equivalent HCM system knowledge and experience will be consideredWhat sets this opportunity apart is our commitment to inclusion and collaboration.
