TGS is looking for a Director Offshore Wind who will be responsible for creating the strategy and value proposition for TGS New Energy Solutions (NES) in the Offshore Wind sector in the Western Hemisphere.

As our new Sales Director Offshore Wind you will lead the business development and sales efforts within the region to drive commercial performance and exceed revenue targets, working closely with clients, partners and internal stakeholders. The role will be responsible for managing a team of regional commercial managers and for attracting exceptional talents to the organization.

The director – offshore wind will develop and build a product and service suite for the business segment based on data and data-driven solutions throughout the asset life of Offshore Wind projects with a focus on development and asset management. A key objective is to create and cultivate a pipeline of project and sales opportunities that supports TGS’s long-term growth strategy.

We are looking for a highly experienced leader with the abilities to remaining abreast of industry innovations through networking, industry events and own research to inform the product roadmap for digital and data driven solutions to create increasingly unique propositions that add significant value to client organizations. Working experience from the offshore wind industry, or related industries, and a relevant network within the offshore wind community is an advantage.

You must be familiar and comfortable with working this way. As a person, you are good at building up relations and cultures, and lead by developing your employees.
