Store Sales Director

We are seeking a decisive and experienced retail Sales Director to lead our team at the Nashville (Green Hills) store location. As the first point of contact for all sales associates, you will play a crucial role in driving sales floor and cash wrap operations to achieve our sales goals.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the retail store and sales team are fully prepared for store opening, providing exceptional customer service and assistance from the moment our doors open.
2. Oversee the store closing process, ensuring accurate reporting of sales numbers and proper handling of cash wrap operations.
3. Maintain a consistent schedule for timely deposits, ensuring all financial transactions are handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
4. Be available as-needed to support the sales staff in case of illness or unavailability, stepping in to ensure uninterrupted customer service and smooth operations.
5. Rally and encourage team members, fostering a positive and motivated sales environment that drives performance and goal achievement.
