Job Description:
We are seeking an outstanding Capital Markets Analyst to join our NYC team. You’ll work directly with seasoned professionals on high-profile transactions, including IPOs, Follow-Ons, Private Placements, and SPAC-related capital raises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capital raise offerings and communicate with clients and advisors.
- Research and maintain investor and market data.
- Prepare pitch materials and model complex transactions.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the firm.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant Investment Banking experience.
- Strong academic background and quantitative/technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
- US work authorization.
- Relevant licenses (Series 7, 63, 79).
