Position Overview: The Support Center Analyst on the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Governance Team is responsible for supporting the Access Request Center team and the Information Security Admin Ops group. The primary focus will be on managing onboarding tasks, handling user requests and incidents, and supporting User Access Attestations. Additionally, this role requires working with key IAM tools and processes, such as SailPoint, and contributing to user acceptance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage user access requests, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support User Access Attestation processes, ensuring proper governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Access Request Center team and the Information Security Admin Ops group to resolve incidents and requests.
- Perform user acceptance reviews for IAM-related activities.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation throughout access management processes.
- Proactively identify and address potential access-related issues or risks.
- Create formulas using Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
- Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms.
- Familiarity with User Access Attestation and user acceptance reviews.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for documentation and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an IAM environment is preferred.
