Compensation: Ranges from $130,000 to $200,000+ depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives tied to billable hours, client acquisition, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal representation in family law cases, handling both pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and advanced legal research, prepare and review intricate court documents, and participate in various legal proceedings.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client objectives and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Independently manage caseloads from inception to resolution, ensuring high-quality support on a variety of family law cases.
  • Offer high-level production assistance on diverse family law matters.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of successful experience helping clients with their family law matters specifically in Colorado.
  • Prior experience practicing family law within Colorado is required for this role.
  • Essential qualifications include extensive familiarity and hands-on experience with complex family law cases, particularly those involving business interests, executive compensation, and intricate financial matters.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload of at least 20 active cases and meet billable hour targets.
  • Valued personal attributes include character, intelligence, integrity, and professional decorum.
  • Continuous professional development, engagement in legal education courses, and awareness of knowledge gaps are encouraged.
