THE PRACTICE:
Inland Eye Specialists located in the Murrieta, Hemet, Temecula, and Fallbrook, California areas of the Inland Empire is looking for a full-time Oculoplastic Surgeon. This opening will be working from our Murrieta office and Laser Center. Website: .
You’ll be inheriting a patient base from 2 Oculoplastic Surgeons from a separate single specialty oculoplastic group who were embedded with our practice and fully established sharing one full-time role - 3 days in clinic and 1 day in surgery weekly.
Enjoy a flexible schedule of 4 days per week, employed full-time with benefits or 5 days per week full-time with benefits. We may be open to exploring another embedded contractor model for the right candidate, call to inquire. No hospital call, unassigned ED call, or orbital trauma call necessary. Outpatient ASC style practice, affording an exceptional quality of life. You can choose to get hospital privileges if desired, but not required.
Inland Eye Specialists (IES) is a 17 doctor, fully integrated, multispecialty Ophthalmology and Optometry practice offering a full scope of ophthalmic services. We have several optical dispensaries, two ASC, Laser Center, and multiple strategically located offices. Everything is in place for you to step right into practice. We have 3 lanes set up for oculoplastics, existing in-office equipment, with one work-up tech and a scribe! Currently booked out for 6 months!

Pursuant to CA Senate Bill 1162, the pay scale range for this full time Ophthalmologist position is $350,000 to $800,000 per year.
