We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our location in Salem, MO. As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in accurately selecting customer orders, operating equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Main Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and build pallets
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate pallet jacks
• Move products from racks to pallets and validate order accuracy
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy products in a multi-temperature environment
• Prior experience in a warehouse or physical labor role is preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks is a plus
