Join our intensive professional business skills development program, designed to provide young adults with classroom training, access to internships, personalized coaching, and mentorship. You will also receive an educational stipend.
As a participant, you will gain technical and professional training, access to internships, and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm. Internship opportunities may be available at top organizations such as Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, or Seattle Children's Hospital.
To be eligible, you should be 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday throughout the program, highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills, and have not obtained a Bachelors degree.
Upon completion, you will gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building assistance, ongoing support, and guidance to help launch your career. In addition, some coursework is eligible for college credit. During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
