We are looking for a Marketing/Sales Support Specialist to help facilitate the growth of our team and drive business growth through comprehensive event management, innovative marketing strategies, robust sales support, and strong client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Events Management:
- Outreach and Marketing: Develop and implement outreach strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- In-Person Representation: Attend industry events, represent the company, and act as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries.
- Venue Management: Identify and secure suitable venues for various events.
- Vendor Communications: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Attendee Tracking/Communication: Manage attendee lists, send invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Budgeting and Expense Reports: Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and generate detailed reports.
- Materials Preparation: Design and prepare event materials, including brochures and digital content.
- Decision Maker Meetings: Organize and facilitate meetings with key decision-makers to discuss event objectives.
Client-Facing Interactions:
- Industry Events: Regularly attend industry events to represent the company, network with potential clients, and enhance the company’s visibility.
- Relationship Building: Leverage strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, becoming the go-to person for all client-facing interactions and event communications.
Sales Support:
- Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized templates and processes for recruiting and sales.
- Outreach Lists: Create and manage targeted outreach lists to support sales initiatives.
- Direct Support to Sales Team: Provide administrative and strategic support, including scheduling assistance, meeting coordination, and preparation of sales decks and proposals.
- Email Communication Management: Act as the central point of contact for all company email communications.
- Revenue Boost Initiatives: Assist in identifying and implementing initiatives to increase revenue.
