Job Title: Prophet 21 Specialist (EDI & Data Expertise)
Location: Remote (US-based)

Are you a Prophet 21 pro with a knack for EDI and data management? We're on the lookout for someone who's got the skills to not only master P21 but also handle data integrations and electronic data interchange (EDI) with ease. If you're experienced in optimizing ERP systems and making sure data flows smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll do:

• Support, configure, and maintain the Prophet 21 ERP system
• Manage EDI processes and data flows between systems
• Help clients streamline operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to implement best practices for P21 and EDI
• Analyze, improve, and optimize data accuracy and processes within the system
• Provide training and ongoing support for system users

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with Prophet 21, EDI, and data management
• Solid understanding of data mapping, integrations, and data exchange protocols
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering clean, efficient solutions
• Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex processes for various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Extra points for experience in distribution or manufacturing industries
