- Join Our Team as a Nurse Educator!
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (On-Call Rotation: 1 week/month)
Are you an experienced nursing leader looking for a supportive environment where you can make a difference? We’re seeking a Nurse Education Manager to guide and educate our nursing team, ensuring top-notch care for our residents.
What You’ll Do:- Design and implement nursing education programs.
- Train and mentor nursing staff through practical exercises and evaluations.
- Oversee clinical training for new hires.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance education quality.
- Participate in direct resident care as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Active RN or LPN license in WISCONSIN .
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in nurse education and long-term care.
