As the Director of Office Development , you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Site Administrator and office and clinical teams to contribute to that mission. These passionate team members will depend on you to organize and direct the agency's office and clerical functions and to be a reliable go-to problem solver.

On an average day, you will:

  • Manage Brighton office policies and procedures
  • Support the recruitment of qualified and competent clinical and administrative team members
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training & development for clinical and administrative team members
  • Supervise and evaluate the job performance of team members directly supervised
  • Manage agency billing and corresponding documentation to ensure on-time and accurate payments
  • Perform additional, related duties as needed

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership and managerial experience, preferably in the hospice/healthcare industry.
  • Passionate about working in a role that makes a difference.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type 45+ words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently.
