Location: Los Angeles
Closing Date: 04/11/2024
Hours: Full Time
Type: Permanent
Job Requirements / Description
About Us:
Hadrian builds software-defined high-precision component factories for the top aerospace companies in the world. We are in search of individuals with the drive to augment manufacturing, helping enable our engineers to build complex, yet elegant software as well as machinists who have a passion for pushing the trade forward.
Position Overview:
The Quality Engineer position reports directly to the Manufacturing and Quality Manager and works in close collaboration with programmers, engineers, and technicians. You will play a crucial role in the organization as you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver quality products to our customers. The ability to confirm if a product is built to its specifications is just as important as having the initiative to problem solve and identify why a product was not build to its specifications. Woking with engineers and programmers to identify the root cause and what steps or processes need to be put in place to ensure that the same mistake doesn't re-occur.
Key Responsibilities
$75,000 - $150,000 a year
For this role, the target salary range is $75,000 - $150,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
In addition to salary and equity, we offer:
- 100% coverage of platinum medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
- 401k
- Relocation stipend if you're moving from outside of LA
- Flexible vacation policy
ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
