The Role:  As a Business Development Associate at Dicio, you’ll be the linchpin in our customer interactions, ensuring each client’s journey with us is smooth and positive. Your role will involve a blend of leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage High-Volume Warm Marketing Leads:  Provide personalized attention to a high volume of incoming leads, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported promoting marketing ideals.
  • Engage and Qualify Customers:  Articulate our various promotional packages clearly and assess customer needs to tailor the perfect solution.
  • Collaborate with Team Members:  Work seamlessly with our customer service and sales teams to effectively meet client demands.
  • Coach and Inspire:  Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, driving their professional growth and development.
  • Promote a Positive Work Environment:  Foster an inspiring and motivating atmosphere that reflects our brand’s integrity and values.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence:  Adhere to and execute operational policies to maintain our high brand standards.
  • Communicate Promotions and Incentives:  Keep the team updated on current promotions, contests, and incentives to enhance performance and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
