Qualifications

1. Required Skills:
   Experience in leading agile teams with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
   Strong knowledge of large volume data warehouse architectures and technologies (e.g. RDBMS, Datamarts, Datawarehousing, ETL/ELT, Datalakes, APIs, Dimensional modelling)
   Knowledge of (and a passion for) current trends and best practices in architecture, including performance, accessibility, security, and usability
   Excellent SQL knowledge and able to write, understand and optimize complex statements
   Strong understanding of BI technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects, Qlik)
   Experience with Python
   Flexibility to learn new technologies and work on the same to meet business requirements
   Experience in Dev Ops, and Test Driven Development
   Understanding of the SDLC, best practices and experience with different development and change management tools
   Excellent analytical & communication skills
2. Desired Skills:
   Strong knowledge of Client Relationship Management data and systems
   Experience with Cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
   Experience with DB2, Greenplum, Sybase
   Experience with common Data Science and Data Analytics use-cases and platforms
   Experience in data movement, ETL/ELT, messaging and streaming technologies (e.g. Informatica, Talend, MQ, Kafka, etc)
   Experience with Spark
   Familiarity with standard SDLC and DevOps tools (e.g. Liquibase, Jenkins, JIRA, GIT)
   Understanding of SDLC, Agile and continuous integration and deployment
   Strong oral and written communication skills
