Job Description:
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a knack for finance? As a Mortgage Account Executive with Loanguys.com, you'll have the opportunity to help individuals achieve their real estate dreams while building a successful career in the mortgage industry. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through the mortgage process, and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting the right mortgage products to fit their needs
- Work with real estate investors around the country to obtain financing for their real estate goals
- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is obtained
- Work closely with underwriters and processors to facilitate timely loan processing and closing
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage process
- Stay informed about industry regulations and market trends to better serve clients and maintain compliance
Qualifications:
- 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Coachable
- Mortgage lending experience is preferred but not required
Pay Structure:
Hourly + Commissions + Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
