Job Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in sales and new business development in the staffing or highly skilled sales industry.
- Strong networking skills, with amazing verbal and written communication abilities.
- Internally motivated with a strong drive for measurable results and success.
- World-class customer service skills to build strong business relationships with clients.
- High sense of urgency and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a small, vibrant office environment in a hybrid fashion.
- Quick to adapt to new processes and environments.
