The Client Relations and Sales Specialist is an ideal opportunity for those who provide excellent customer service while supporting Intended Parents (IPs) through the logistical and financial aspects of matching with frozen donor eggs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new IP leads as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
We are seeking a Client Relations and Sales Specialist join our dedicated Egg Bank team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Intended Parents, guiding them through the donor egg matching process.
  • Respond to new lead inquiries via phone and website, answering questions about our egg bank and closing sales to meet financial targets.
  • Accurately manage and update lead information in the CRM/database.
  • Provide Intended Parents with key donor information, such as screening status and availability.
  • Understand and explain program financial documents, assisting clients as needed.
  • Address client concerns and collaborate with management to find solutions.
  • Partner with the Manager of Affiliate Growth and Strategy to drive affiliations with external clinics.
  • Participate in team meetings and represent the company at industry events or conferences as needed.
  • Collaborate on special projects with marketing and data teams.
  • Manage medical records carefully, ensuring donor and recipient confidentiality, and comply with HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to confidentiality with a solid understanding of HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, EMR, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and goal-setting abilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$60,000-$70,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $70,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
