A national plaintiff law firm based in Florida is in search of a Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a case load of 30-60 high-value personal injury cases, including car accidents and slip and falls, handling all aspects from pre-suit selection to trial, including client service, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. The firm is looking for a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 10 first chair trials under their belt. Responsibilities

1. Manage high-profile cases with significant physical harm, such as death or severe disfigurement
2. Oversee pre-suit department, cherry-picking valuable cases
3. Handle depositions, discovery, trial prep, and trial execution
4. Maintain excellent client service and communication
5. Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals

Requirements

1. Must have a minimum of 10 first chair trials
2. Personal injury or civil trial experience – personal injury is preferred
3. Can be plaintiff or defense
4. Must be barred in FL
5. Must exhibit resilience and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
6. Must demonstrate self-assurance and possess the initiative to take ownership of work
