Assists with processing applications, data entry, contacting clients, scheduling appointments, and meeting with clients to set goals.REQUIREMENTS: Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and possess the ability to use a variety of software applications including unit specific software. Ability to use basic office equipment (i.e., phone systems, copying machines, scanner/ printers, and computers). Experienced in virtual programs such as Zoom and Microsoft TEAMS a plus.Be a positive team player with excellent people skills, the ability to communicate and work professionally with all clients and coworkers with a positive attitude while motivating and inspiring others.Ability to handle sensitive agency and participant information in a confidential manner. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Three years social services and office experience or two years post-high school education in related field preferred.DETAILS: Salary: $17.25- $18.25/hour.
