Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

  • Manage a team of office support employees including a receptionist, activities and events administrator and mail person.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by recommending technology and automation alternatives to upgrade manual processes.
  • Maintain office layout options and forecast in-office growth requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new system.
  • Ensure office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Manage office expense budget and assure adherence.
  • Offer executive level administrative support for 1 or more executives to include travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting scheduling, follow up with team members on deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiar with office tools and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
Minimum Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in an office management or Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
