Until Filled (CST) | The Bama Companies, Inc., East 11th Street, Tulsa, OK, USA | Salary | Corporate | Full TimeFinancial AnalystEmployment Type: Full Time Exempt/Non-Exempt: ExemptDescription The Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance supports company management and operational leadership as a consultative business partner by performing a variety of financial analytics, data modeling, critical reporting, providing decision & operational support for investments & cost optimization, as well as, coordinating and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for Bama US. This position also manages and maintains key system software.Role Description and Job Accountabilities:Execute special projects, including financial modeling and researchProvide financial analysis, insight, and support for leadership.Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis.Coordinate budget processes and ensure consistency across facilities.Manage planning and reporting software; develop and distribute reports.Support accounting, pricing, capital planning, investment modeling, and M&A activities.Handle cash flow forecasting, bank compliance, and global reporting.Education/Certification Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 3 - 5+ years' experience.Previous food or manufacturing industry experience preferredPublic and/or cost accounting experience preferredRequired Skills:Financial Analysis and Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, trends, and data.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial software (e.g., D365, OneStream), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing financial data and ensuring accuracy in reports and analyses.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
