Join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) Industry team

As a Global Account Manager, you will grow the AWS footprint by building and maintaining relationships, advising customers on AWS cloud solutions, and expanding platform adoption to new business units. This is a strategic role with tremendous growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building relationships with key IT and business unit executives within large Life Science customers.
  2. Generating demand for AWS services through AWS-led and partner solutions.
  3. Engaging with C-suite customers across Life Sciences organizations to deepen relationships.
  4. Working with strategic industry partners and attending industry events to drive thought leadership.
  5. Leading the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and creating significant business opportunities for AWS.
  6. Collaborating with AWS sales leadership to drive strategic interactions with clients.
  7. Working with AWS product and services teams to evolve offerings for rapid adoption by customers.
  8. Thinking strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  9. Leading multiple complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year to $212,600/year based on geographic market, experience, and skills. This position is eligible for variable pay and other forms of compensation.
