Your Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be a critical part of the leadership team, helping to organize and prioritize the work that drives McKenzie forward. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring proper prioritization and time management.
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, such as presentations, reports, and agendas.
  • Handling email correspondence, screening for importance and urgency.
  • Assisting in organizing and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Organizing company-wide events, such as meetings, team-building sessions, and leadership retreats.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP, CRM).
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in construction or millwork environments (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
