SUMMARY

As a Test Engineering Intern you will be a part of a development team for new mixed signal products. You will work with Engineers on the design, development, and implementation of test and characterization solutions for a given product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Design of new methods to establish product performance and ensure testability.
  2. Definition of test and validation plan to reach the target test coverage and test time.
  3. Development, debugging and documenting complex test software and hardware for ATE.
  4. Participation in new design troubleshooting and providing recommendations to the rest of the team.
  5. Analysis of test and characterization data, including statistical analysis.
  6. Test program optimization and robustness studies.
  7. Knowledge transfer to manufacturing engineering.
  8. Results analysis during reliability studies.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Work towards a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Working knowledge of analog/digital circuit design.
  3. Knowledge of lab equipment.
  4. Experience of software development, ideally C/C++.
