Office Manager, Architecture & Design Firm

An innovative and creative development and architectural firm is looking for a motivated and capable Office Manager to become part of its team. This role presents a great opportunity for those with a deep understanding of architecture, real estate, and office leadership, eager to support the company's growth and operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily office functions to guarantee an efficient and seamless workflow.
  • Organize and oversee project timelines, resources, and team assignments.
  • Serve as a communication link between senior management, staff, and clients, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • May provide support in budgeting and managing financial aspects of projects and office costs.
  • Promote a collaborative and positive work atmosphere that fosters creativity and innovation.
  • Contribute to the hiring, training, and development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture or business administration, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Impeccable verbal and relational abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a talent for multitasking.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
