Job Description:

As a Baker, you will play a vital role in the production of baked goods, which include our signature product. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our standards for taste, texture, and appearance while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your duties will include:

  • Food Preparation: Preparing and separating patties according to specific recipes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in each batch.
  • Baking: Operating ovens and other baking equipment. Monitoring baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
  • Ingredient Management: Ensuring freshness and quality and managing inventory levels to avoid waste.
  • Product Quality Control: Inspecting baked goods to ensure they meet the standards for taste, texture, and appearance. Making adjustments to processes as needed.
  • Production Efficiency: Ensuring that all varieties of patties are baked promptly to meet customer demand and maintain order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and properly storing ingredients and finished products.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules, assist in the preparation of other food items, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Customer Service: Occasionally interacting with customers, answering questions about products, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all baked goods.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on new baking techniques and industry trends, and continuously seeking ways to improve product quality and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Baker/Food Preparation Experience (1 year minimum)
