Job Requirements / Description
SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overall marketing team support including brand awareness propagation in all markets, supporting marketing related lead generation and events that effect the overall revenue growth goals of the organization, as well as maintaining and executing multiple marketing related programs. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with management, operations personnel and outside and inside sales representatives. Our clients and influencers are litigation attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, corporate general counsel and insurance companies.
Essential Functions:
  • Execute sales gift card programs
  • Promo & print store management
  • Monitor all marketing inboxes
  • Maintenance of Sales & Marketing Intranet
  • Brand transition support
  • Event support & coordination
  • Docket searches
  • Assist with ordering sales collateral and business cards
  • Maintaining and shipping marketing materials
  • New AE set up - promo, booth kit, collateral, etc.
  • Product, vendor, and association research
  • Spreadsheet organization & clean up
  • Create surveys as needed using Survey Monkey
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Possesses excellent written and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule and available to work occasional overtime as required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated and detailed oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Hootsuite
  • Solid knowledge and experience with the Adobe family of products, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn; Facebook; Twitter
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years proven working experience in marketing, particularly within the service industry
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Coordinator role has no supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
