• They are a full-service firm with over 200 attorneys
• Transactional work to focus on real estate and real estate finance (closings, leasing, entity formation, land use/zoning, and finance)
• Working with banks, financial institutions, business owners and real estate developers
• Hybrid flexibility; the firm does not have a set amount Associates have to be in the office
• One of the higher paying firms in Jacksonville
• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience at a sophisticated law firm required
• FL bar preferred, but not immediately required
