JOB SUMMARY:
The HRIS Manager position is accountable for the maintenance, enhancement, integration, and support of our Oracle Fusion HCM cloud application. This includes Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Labor, Attendance, Learning, Goals Management, Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Reporting. This position requires a tactical, hands-on, subject matter expert who is both detail-oriented and highly organized.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manages and supports day-to-day activities of HR systems
- Answers questions from users about system functionality and procedures
- Ensures data quality through training, auditing, and data governance
- Works with stakeholders to develop and maintain business process maps, data dictionaries, end user documentation, test scripts, work structures, and key lists of values
- Works with business process owners, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and configure the system appropriately
- Coordinates system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and deployment
- Conducts mass updates to the application on behalf of business process owners
- Responsible for running, scheduling, and monitoring key system processes such as interfaces, maintenance programs, and scheduled reports
- Develops strategy and standards for reporting and dashboards as well as building and sharing key reports to share across the organization
- Fulfills ad hoc reporting requests and provides data analysis
- Assists with training users on system functionality and helps maintain end-user documentation
- Ensures systems processes follow all policies and procedures and are compliant with all relevant laws
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ experience in HRIS
- Detail oriented
- High level proficiency with Excel is required
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands
- Experience supporting packaged software solutions. Oracle Fusion HCM a plus.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
