Trillium is expanding our Corporate Office and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team!
This position is responsible for collecting and processing payroll in formation accurately and consistently at our corporate location. The individual should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment, provide excellent service both to our internal and external customers while performing data entry and meeting weekly payroll deadlines for several companies. The ideal candidate must have proven organizational skills, ability to proof and audit work, and provide great attention to detail.
If you are someone with a positive attitude, creative problem-solving and analytical skills, and great interpersonal and customer service skills, we may the perfect position for you. Previous experience in payroll, data entry and certified payroll is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is also helpful.

Qualifications:
-High school education or GED is desirable for this position. Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
-Previous experience with HRIS or Payroll System is very helpful.
-Previous experience with certified payroll reports, calculating payroll taxes and deductions is also very helpful.
-Previous experience with governmental reporting or certified payroll is helpful
-Experience with eMars, LCP Tracker, or other certified payroll sites is a plus.
