Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for open positions.
• The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
• They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with hiring managers and providing feedback on the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a recruiting role.
• They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
