Lean Project Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager - Fulton NY
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring for an experienced Lean Project Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager for our global manufacturing client. This role offers a great culture and fantastic benefits.
Job Summary:
Lead change management efforts and apply Lean Six Sigma expertise to support continuous improvement within the plant World Class Operations (WCO) program. Collaborate with all levels of management to facilitate cost-saving and quality-enhancing projects across operational cost centers, business units, and corporate functions.
Essential Functions
· Plan and lead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects.
· Organize and facilitate Lean events.
· Deliver effective process and financial business improvements.
· Manage and coach Six Sigma Green Belt projects.
· Facilitate Kaizen events that effectively build, lead, and empower teams.
· Hands on participation with project Lean Six Sigma events and projects.
· Communicate and interact with all levels of organization.
· Facilitate team building, organizational leadership, and change management best practices.
· Plan and communicate initiatives and results.
· Perform process measurement, and data mining.
· Assist organization with project selection and prioritization.
· Serve as the site back up SQF Practitioner
· Member of the site HACCP Team
· Manage 2 direct reports
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Must-haves:
· Demonstrated successful project management experience.
· Communication Skills (listening, verbal, written).

Environment
Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50 lbs., prolonged standing, and walking long distances. The work environment may involve exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise. The role may require travel, overtime, or shift work. Ability to see, hear, and communicate is essential for WCO, 5S, Six Sigma, or TPM projects.
Salary + Bonus 10-20% + Pension Plan + 401k with matching
