As our Associate Director, Marketing Design, you will…
Be at the heart of a dynamic, spirited group of strategic thinkers and storytellers driving our marketing initiatives and bringing our new brand platform to life. As the sole design expert on our internal marketing team, you will collaborate closely with vertical leaders and the content team, while forging connections with other creatives, including our Chief Creative Officer, across the organization.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Craft inspirational designs that fuel demand generation, enhance brand credibility and elevate MERGE's brand eminence.
- Bring MERGE's brand to life within marketing campaigns deployed across various channels, including our website and social media platforms.
- Execute large-scale marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring visual communications consistently align with MERGE's brand identity, values, and messaging.
- Partner with the content team to ensure visual storytelling enhances written content – and push each other to maximize impact.
- Develop design templates for social media and other recurring tasks to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the content team to anticipate editorial and social media schedules.
- Analyze creative performance data to continuously refine and optimize design efforts.
- Uphold brand standards across all of MERGE's assets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of tagging and tracking for digital properties to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Lead the creation of insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives, enhance user experiences, and improve digital performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital experience, media, performance marketing, and creative, to integrate analytics insights into broader client strategies.
These are the qualifications we're looking for
- 5-6 years in a similar role, supported by relevant education or equivalent work experience
- A portfolio of work that captivates and impresses
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Deep understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proactive approach to project requirements, openness to feedback, and adept at handling revisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis techniques to provide clear and compelling insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively engaging clients and stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $86,000 - $100,000 , based on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
