Must be mechanically inclined and enjoy working in physically demanding conditions in a variety of environments, both indoors and outdoors.What will you be doing?Disassemble and repair valves, pressure relief devices and diaphragm pumps using various hand toolsPerform confined space entry and work at heights when requiredSafely utilize respirators and other safety equipmentProperly handle, mix, and dispose of cleaning chemicals and materialsOperate power washers, lifts, fall protection and other industrial equipmentFollow all safety protocols including donning/doffing PPE, lockout/tagout, bonding and groundingTravel for work at customer sites (80-100%)What makes you the right fit?You have a high school diploma or equivalent experience (trade school is even better!).You can lift up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous physical labor on a daily basis.You have great reading, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.You are able to travel and work a flexible schedule.You must be able to use hand tools like a sawzall, drill, or dremel tool. If you have experience in tank cleaning, pressure washing, or maintenance, that's a plus!A Class A or B driver's license and/or forklift certification is preferred but not required!Confined space rescue training/certification is required but we provide it if you don't already have it.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and use hands to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:Industrial warehouse environment and exposure to inclement weather.Equal Opportunity Employer
