The flexibility and compensation model of this position is similar to a realtor. It can fit into a part-time schedule or a full-time schedule.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Consulting with potential prospects to evaluate their energy needs and demonstrate how an LED retrofit can benefit themWorking both independently and as part of a teamNetworking and generating leads by being active in the community in addition to following through on company-generated leadsPreparing and submitting sales contracts for ordersMinimum Requirements:Able to lift boxes no heavier than 30 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, driving, walking, standing, above head arm movementsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishments in any fieldWith the price of electricity from utility companieson the rise, LED retrofits are more popular than ever.
