**Job Description:**
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with the possibility of working 1 to 2 Saturdays if needed. If scheduled to work a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week.
- Perform various mammography procedures including diagnostic mammograms, fine needle aspirations, needle localizations, screening mammograms, and stereotactic biopsy.
- Implement isolation precautions as necessary.
- May be required to float within skillset, potentially to outpatient settings.
- Expected to work during major holidays if they fall within the assignment period:
- If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it.
- If two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work both holidays.
- If three major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
- Major Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
- Maximum Request for Time Off (RTO) is 7 days.
- Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time, the start date may be pushed back by 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
- Orientation: 13 hours are provided for orientation.
- Candidates must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
- Supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of submission.
- Return travelers: If a traveler is unable to return to one facility, they must complete one successful assignment outside before returning to a new location.
