The position directs strategic planning, organizational development, continuous improvement, evaluation, change management, project management, and analytics for MHSATS. In this role, you will collaborate directly with executive management to develop, promote, and maintain high quality outcomes for MHSATS-wide initiatives. Also, assisting the Executive Director in planning for and managing change processes focused on continuous improvement and organizational development, aimed to meet strategic objectives.Minimum Qualifications5 years of demonstrated healthcare leadership experience in all the following:Continuous ImprovementProject Managament/Leading large-scale projectsStrategic planningProgram evaluationHealthcare data analyticsANDExperience developing, implementing and continually improving processes,and utilizing staffresourcesnecessary to achieve strategic objectives and associated projects aimed to improve organizational outcomes.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher-level degree in Social Work, Nursing, Sociology, Psychology or other fields closely related to healthcare or healthcare management.Knowledge and experience with the Baldrige Excellence Framework for healthcareContinuous Improvement certification (i.e. Green, Black or Master Black Belt)Clinical licensureThree years of senior leadership experienceExperience using project management software to manage large projects and teams.Our employees are dedicated to ensuring cultural responsiveness.
