Position Title: Marketing Specialist

USM ReRents is the leading aerial construction equipment re-rental company in the US, supplying manlifts (booms & spider lifts) and telehandlers to large equipment rental yards and companies all over North America.
The Marketing Specialist promotes the company's re-rental services and equipment assets to existing and to prospective rental customers. The Marketing Specialist creates marketing communications and campaigns that include websites, social media, print media, and direct mail. Through the strategic use of graphics, logos, videos and other promotional tools, the Marketing Specialist develops and implements the company's marketing strategies (web-based and otherwise) to promote the USM brand(s), attract visitors, develop potential leads, and positively impact the generation of rental sales.
Role & Responsibilities :
Travel to industry conferences and key customer meetings required, typically ~5%.
The salary range for the position is $55,000 - $72,000, dependent upon relevant experience. Full benefits.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Utilize appropriate web and social media platforms and other tools to use in the promotion of USM ReRents' services and products.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract customers to the company's brand.
- Manage online marketing campaigns to drive company sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with 3rd-party web development and design teams; provide guidance on all marketing-related aspects of the company's web presence.
- Draft and assemble web content; monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company's sites.
- Assess effectiveness of marketing campaign options. Gather material necessary to understand the sales territories and competition (literature, previous marketing campaigns, etc.).
- Coordinate, track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives. Analyze existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and its services. Evaluate success of campaigns. Report campaign results and identify/recommend improvements to existing programs and new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Executive teams to create content for the company website, social media channels, print media and direct mail
- Establish campaign and project timelines, operating within budget
- Prepare marketing collateral and manage event coordination for any conferences or customer events the company attends

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) years' related (B2B) internet/web marketing & marketing communications experience
- Two (2) or more years' experience using WordPress or a comparable web content management system
- Intermediate-level skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated skills in effective written communication
- Familiarity with the Construction or Equipment Rental industry is a plus
