Responsibilities:
- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations by business planning to include setting budgets, making annual goals, and managing team performance
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer needs by reviewing customer activity, training teams, staying ahead of trends, and improving customer satisfaction
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities, maintain a strong talent pipeline and provide consistent, in-location leadership
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a funeral and cemetery sales role, with 3+ years’ experience in regional or multi-location leadership
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- In depth knowledge of professional selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivational techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
