The Equipment Operator in a cleanroom environment is responsible for operating and maintaining specialized equipment while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role ensures efficient production processes in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Adhere to cleanroom standards and procedures, including gowning protocols, to maintain a sterile environment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety; report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for self and others; participate in safety training and meetings.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials or products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and operational logs as required.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience operating equipment in a cleanroom or controlled environment is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
• Cleanroom environment with controlled temperature and humidity levels; requires appropriate cleanroom attire (gowns, gloves, masks).
