Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Peterson, Bradford, Burkwitz, Gregorio, Burkwitz & Su. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, engaging in negotiations, and handling labor and employment law matters on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Legal Advice, Research, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
