Business Systems Analyst

Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Business Systems Analyst position with a Fortune 500 client in the food services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to provide impactful system analysis, configuration, and development support for enterprise-level financial budgeting and reporting applications.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams, influence improvements within finance, and gain exposure to cloud-based solutions like Anaplan.

In this role you will:

• Work with business teams and developers to identify application requirements for financial budgeting & forecasting
• Assist in the creation, testing, and implementation of budget templates
• Provide second-level support for in-unit and reporting applications
• Draft requirements, create test scripts, and ensure system integration testing is completed
• The Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years of experience in finance or functional analysis
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and advanced formulas (IF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to multi-task, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• UI design or mockup experience with detailed requirements documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools like Power BI
