Accounts Payable Specialist role open in Roseville, CA. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in the construction industry to help them find a qualified candidate who will join their team this month.
Qualifications :
3 years of high volume, full cycle AP needed
Sage software a plus.
Excel intermediate skills
Prior experience with joint check process
If you join the team, your days will be busy. The AP team processes 300-500 invoices weekly. You will match invoices to supporting documents and purchase orders, get internal approval, process checks, reconcile accounts payable accounts, set up new vendors, review payment terms, transfer utility charges when projects are complete and adhere to internal payment guidelines.
